SeeMyBaby

Terms of Use

Last updated 10 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the SeeMyBaby app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

SeeMyBaby uses artificial intelligence to create an imagined portrait from an ultrasound image, or from photographs of both parents. The result is an artistic prediction produced by a computer model.

3. It is not medical advice, and it is not a real photo

The portraits are for entertainment. They are not a diagnosis, not a scan reading, not a sex determination, and not a prediction of your child's actual appearance, health or wellbeing. Never use anything you see here to make a medical, financial or personal decision. Always speak to your midwife, doctor or another qualified professional about your pregnancy.

4. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. By uploading a photograph of another adult you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

5. Your images

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You give permission for them to be processed for the sole purpose of producing your portrait. They are not sold, published, or used to train models. The Privacy Policy explains exactly how long anything is kept.

6. Credits, purchases and refunds

Portraits are paid for with credits, bought through Apple's In-App Purchase system and consumed one per portrait. If a portrait fails to generate, the credit returns to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires it. All payments, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple under their terms.

7. Fair use

Do not upload images of anyone without their consent, images of children other than your own, illegal content, or anything designed to impersonate or harass another person. Access may be suspended where these terms are broken.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it cannot be guaranteed to be always available or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Where a change is significant you will be told in the app before it takes effect.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: use the support page, or open Settings and tap Contact support in the app.
